Actual size of rental tanks commonly used in SE Asia

Hi, what is the actual volume of the aluminium tanks commonly used as rental tanks in SE Asia (especially Malaysian Borneo and Indonesia)? Are they actually 12L, or Al80 which would be about 11.3L, assuming 200 bar? Would be useful for calculating a more exact SAC/RMV.

They're 11L tanks. Al80s are 11L tanks. 12L tanks are steel.

There are also S100 tanks available with some ops. Actual internal Volume is 13.2l
