Yes there is, but be prepared to be a little disappointed with Yap compared to the Palau liveaboard experience. Mantas are the main event diving Yap.

There's lots of nice diving in Yap other than the mantas. It's a shame they marketed the mantas so heavily for so long, causing many people to think that's all there is to see.
