Testing the waters to see if there might be an interest in this type of tray on here. They are made from aluminum angle to keep the weight to a minimum. I will have possibly three with the standard tripod mount and three with the quick connect tripod mount. The top of each grip has a standard 1/4-20 thread down inside to screw an eyelet to attach to your BC or maybe an arm for lighting purposes. The cost will be 85.00 each which will would include shipping to the cont. U.S. via USPS. Of course the camera is NOT included. I could possibly have them ready in about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. I will take PayPal as payment.

I've had these ready for a while now. Just been busy and haven't thought about putting them back on here. Any interest?

Not trying to knock your stuff by any means, just thinking that for $15 more, you can get an Ikelite rig that is pretty much the exact same but has a proven track record. What makes what you've built stand out from the Ikelite steady tray?

I'm not asking this to knock what you have, I'm actually curious as I've been looking at both the Ikelite steady tray setup as well as the Snake River Prototyping tray to add to my kit.

I understand your point no hurt feelings by any means. The cheapest ikelite with handles i've seen is 149.99 on amazon and bandh photo and srp tray is 130.00 . I'm just the kind of person that likes to make stuff like this and made one for myself and really enjoy using it so i figured I would make some and offer them to people who maybe don't have the means to build them for themselves . that's all.
