Just got back from a Caribbean cruise and snorkeled one day in Belize. They called the site "Gallows Point", not sure where that is but is was a shallow 10-15' depth area around a small island. It was rainy all week, so vis was not the best that day, and we had intermittent showers, but my video should give you a bit of an idea what it was like.

Having done this with lousy weather conditions, I can say I would think about snorkeling in Belize again. The reefs looked very healthy.
