I sent Hollis an e-mail but I thought I would post here as well. The button for the manual inflate/exhaust on my SMS 75 is sticking very slightly but enough to release air. I tried a little silicone lube but that didn't help. I noticed I could see the return spring when I looked at the base of the button so I turned the button clockwise until I could no longer see the spring but it is still sticking. Anything else I should try? The SMS 75 is only 15 dives old.

probably have to take it apart and relube it, not a particularly large endeavor, most inflators need it every once in a while, could have been underlubed from the factory, or it could have gotten something inside of it. Rebuilding an inflator is a cake walk.

Deep Sea supply has a great video on the process right there.

EXCELLENT video...thanks very much for the link.
