Our family is looking to rent our condo out and thought we would post it here. Turks is known to have the best more untouched scubaing in the Caribbean--and the best sites are right near our condo.
We are looking to rent it by the week though we prefer long term renters. here are some details: (we would give a discount for long term rentals and have reduced the price since Sept 11th as no one seems to be renting!)
The resort/condo is near the Northwest point of the island and offers seclusion if you want it and "island life" a quick drive away.
Two bedrooms- both with queen beds
Pull-out queen sofa-bed in living room
Two full bathrooms
Ground floor and beachfront
Doors from both the living room and master bedroom open onto patio
One step from the beach and its pink tinted sand
Exquisite pool and heated Jacuzzi
Condo only 4 years old
Kitchen is fully equipped
Washer and dryer
It is really beautiful and inexpensive. The diving is top notch.
