My family bought a condo in Turks and Caicos (which we rent out by the way kimpope@yahoo.com) Turks has the best diving in the whole Caribbean. It has managed to escape the hords of tourists that are wrecking Cayman's great diving (for example) It has a lot of great wrecks which you can explore without seing 100 other dive boats there. There are also fabulous coral gardens and walls.
