OK, this is cool, quick, stupidly easy and will impress.

Take four large very red tomatoes, or six of the smaller italian type.

blend till very smooth.

add one small bread roll, or two slices of white bread (more = thicker, less = runnier) must be soaked in water untill sopping wet.

add 1 clove of garlic

add dried bazil and a very little salt, a squirt of lemon juice.

continue to blend untill smooth.

while on high speed, drizzle in E.V Olive oil (about one third to half a cup) until it changes colour and becomes smooth and creamy.


For instant cold, add 6-8 ice cubes and serve.
