I love this Scubaboard and wondered if anyone knows of any similiar Travel Boards especially about Australia/NewZealand, I have a ton of non-diver questions too! Thanks!

Lonely Planet's Thorn Tree is pretty good if you get beyond the background hum of adolescent posts. But if you post a serious question you will get good answers. I think the URL is lonelyplanet.com.au and then into the Thorn Tree area and onto the Australasian branch.

Don't forget to bring your dive gear if you come this way - on the other hand the hire stuff is generally pretty sound.

Lonely Planet is by far the top travel forum in my opinion... Very populated with helpful and experienced travelers with all the good insider information. The majority are the backpacker/hostel crowd though. I'm on that forum practically everyday.
