talk of scallops (and their imitations) got me hungry for scallops. Anyone have any recipes they'd care to share?

"Boss Coming Over" scallops
In one small crock (per person) add:

a handful of scallops
salt
pepper
1/4 c milk
1 T sherry
1 slice of tomato (on top)
top with croutons

bake (350 degrees for 12 minutes maybe?)
