Don't have BBQ?Use rocks to grill your fish.
Choose some rocks from the reef(about 1-3kg each),collect some fire woods, and get one square wire mesh.First place the rocks nicely, then fire woods on top of the rocks.
Burn the firewoods for about 30min to 1hr.Put the wire mesh, then place your fish,lobster,crab...on top.(For the fish,no need to scale and clean.)It usually takes about 30 min to cook(depands the size of the fish). When it is cook, just peel of the scale and enjoy your fish!
We always did that when we went for spear fishing.Straight away after spear fishing,we went to an island and we BBQ our fish.We only need to bring one wire mesh and matches, that's all!
