Are there any liveaboard dive cruises in the Mediterranean? This would be Malta, Siciliy, Lampedusa, perhaps others...?
 
There is old whaleship doing weekly cruise more on north of Itlay (Elba, Sardegna, Corsica, Giannutri). Dives are nice and on board life is very fun. I never been but I do have friends which are going with them very often.
