My best week so far. -3. Now I have 7 more to my first goal!
 
Even and happy with it. Too much good food and drink over the weekend but I managed to get back to where I was by today. My goal for next Thursday is 202#. Wish me luck. Plus, I haven't seen too many of those skinny vibes being passed around. So, send 'em on. Talk to you all later. Greg
 
Ah well, +1. Considering my diet/exercise, that's probably a victory. And, it's the first gain since starting this, so guess it was my turn....

I think for me it was because with all the company, I ate less. Running around making sure everyone else had a second plate of food, or more coke, or more coffee, or another..this or that..made me all too busy to stuff my own face all weekend.
 
You are so right - that is exactly what I did too. Great company and a weight loss can't beat that combination.
