I'm a Fish!
Anyone explain the differences between Sherwood Trek fins and regular fins? As far as I know, trek fins are easier on kicking but what else? Pros/Cons of both, please.

Split fins kick easier, but the top speed and efficiency in split fins are the Apollo Bio Fins. The sherwood versions just don't seem to do as well in any of the swimming tests.

Ok, thanks for the info. I am goin' to research some more on fins. Right now, I need to get used to scuba diving and I would know what I need from the fins later on.
