Thanks for the good information. When does the North Shore of Oahu become diver unfriendly? My plan is to come out and do some diving with my son the first week of September. Got to get there before his ship gets underway again. Any suggestions or numbers for boat operators? Most of our dives will be shore dives, but I'd like to get in a couple off a boat.

Thanks in advance - Toby

Thanks Brian,

PM back to you. My son is on O'Kane for a few more months. I'm looking forward to getting some bottom time out there. Thanks again for the info - Toby

Aloha Toby, I have lived and dived on Ohua for 10 years now. The dive season for the north shore, is usually June, July, August, and some of September. We like September, because Lobster season opens again on Sept 1. Lobster season is any month with an R in it.
Dive shops for boat dives? Two dive shops that have their own boats.
