Had some in Florida last December, and decided it was the best fish I've ever had. I've found out that I can get it here in Missouri, although it's frozen, but still. Would like to know some of the best ways to prepare it, thanks!

The easiest and I think the best way is to barbecue it. I usually cover grouper fillet with herbs and grill it. Don't turn it too often - simply let the half of the fillet get grilled and then turn it and do the second half. Turning the fish too often dries it.
Serve with lemon.
