Vincente Guevara, age 29 of Los Angeles was booked Saturday for possessing lobster out of season, Possession of 64 lobsters and undersized lobsters. The arrest occurred in Palos Verde at Paseo del Mar.

I would suggest that when this comes up for trial, a letter writing campaign would be in order to the judge and prosecutor recommending the maximum punishment.

Hanging??

Think of all those who get away with poaching. You are absolutely right, Pasley, setting an example with this *ssh*le would be a very good idea. Perhaps we could tie him down with kelp at 30' and let the lobsters scavenge on his carcass.
