Hi, i will be in HK for a few short days. I was wondering how's the diving like there? Weather conditions, Rentals costs. Ease of gettting to dive sites?? I would love to pick up a dive or two. Thanks
Getting around will be tough. Most of the better dive trips are near Sai Kung and Tolo Harbour. That is around 45mins away by taxi. Cost of a whole day's outing (2dives) is around HK$480-600. You have to make your way to Wong Shek harbour to get into boat which in turn will bring you to the dive sites. You can check out some of the operators here:
