Starting today, Orange Grove is open to Open Water Divers only with an instructor as team leader.

There is always a ranger on duty in the park. I saw one putting warnings on cars that didn't have c-cards displayd in the window last weekend and he would be there to talk to them when they got out of the water and back to their car.

Tom,

Orange Grove is a sink in the Peacock cave system.

It has a very large pool, so you can do open water dives. I think what's being said is that only OW divers that have an instructor along can dive there. In other words, you can't be an OW diver and just dive there without supervision.

Cave diving is still allowed.
