Ok...I'm going to ask, at the risk of getting hate mail. I hunt, and eat EVERYTHING we shoot. I have been told that the Ca. Moray, is very good smoked. I'm trying to find out 1, if this is true, but more importantly, are they protected or have a size requirement?..... :06:
 
Why don't you check the CDF&G web site for any restrictions on moray take? Since I haven't hunted in nearly 30 years I'm not current on regulations. Nothing against proper hunting... I just carry a camera these days.
