Does anybody have any ideas where to buy an underwater housing for a Canon A80 (WP-DC900)? I live in Vancouver and would prefer to buy locally as opposed to online.

thanks- Ron

Are you really going to trust your $400 camera in a housing from Walmart?

Since the housing is also made by Canon specifically for that camera.

I just ordered one from Leisure Pro for $169.95

Walmart does not make housings, they just sell them.
No matter who sells it the part inside is the same and
is made at the Canon factory.

Even so I think it's a good idea to test a new housing
without the camera inside. Take it down empty to
80 feet or so and see if it leaks. If it passes that test
then put the camera inside.

BTW. I just paid $249.00 for an A80 shipping included
at Amazon. You are right, I wouldn't trust my $400 camera
to a cheap housing but $250 is within my comfort zone.
