I use a basic US Diver Pressure Guage and a seperate depth gauge. I don't trust high tech to save my life prefering to rely upon my own abilities and awareness. Itb keeps me from getting sloppy.

Good for you. BTW, how do your abilities and awareness work underwater? As I was born without a swim bladder and gills, I require some sort of "high tech" gear to control my bouyancy and tell me where I am in the water column. Diving without "high tech" equipment is called free diving, as at some point with scuba you will be trusting your life to a piece of technology.
