Greetings AZ Divers..

Hi all,

Dosen't seem to be much activity on the AZ forum, is everyone gone diving?

I'm new to AZ (and diving) and found this place and I was surprised to find one just for us.

Anyway, just thought I'd say "hi" and see if there was anyone else here....

Yeah we're here...sort of. The Azscuba group on Yahoo seems alittle busier. They have monthly meetings etc. The meeting information does get posted here. There are a few who dive the local lakes sometimes (me included when I'm looking for skills practice) but I usually go out to Catalina once a month for a couple days.

Welcome to AZ and welcome to ScubaBoard. There is a lot of great info here, but KazInAz is right, there is more local activity on the yahoo board. Here is the link (hope it posts correctly):

I personally would like to see some more action in the Arizona section of ScubaBoard as it is a lot better bulletin board than the advertising riddled yahoo site. But check it out anyway. The group is just forming and has monthly get togethers (we're not even structured enough yet to call them meetings). Otherwise, post your questions here, you will get answered.

HI Darin,

I usually just lurk, but welcome. I'm with KAZINAZ, lake dives for skills and CA a few times a month for diving. San Carlos is good too.
