I'm looking to collect tropicals which stray up the coast in to temperate waters. At this time of year you can find them in New England. They will die when it gets cold in the winter, so you're doing them a favor to put them in an aquarium.

I've seen (and borrowed) nets for this which are almost invisible underwater. It's a rectangular hoop with a clear plastic bag on it with a mesh bottom. But I don't know where to buy this style of net (or even what it is called to find it in a net search). The person I borrowed one from said she got it in a dive shop in Florida.

Anyone know where to get these? Any hints on collecting juvenile tropicals up north?
