I'm not familiar with your lobsters but I take it that's pretty big. Sounds yummy! Up here we dive for the "Maine" lobsters and a 6 pounder is rare and exciting. I'm going to try and post a pic of my daughter with a bug I got last summer. Here we go.........

weighing 6 lbs... The florida spiney lobster has no claws like their Maine cousins.
