Just finished my full cave IEC at Manatee Springs State Park in Chieftain. And I can tell you that the water conditions are great. The flow is kicking on both the up stream and down stream sides. Vis is still80 ft or better in the basin and inside the cave it is very clear. Ginnie may open in about nother week, Little River is still cresting and Peacock well the park is open but the diving is closed as of 10 Oct.
