Went over to Tampa and dove Sunday with some friends I havent hung out with in years. We went out to 85 feet in the gulf and dove a wreck. Lots of big jewfish and cudas. My buddy shot 2 nice snapper. Did a second dive around 60 feet on a rocky patch area and only saw a bunch of smaller snappers, but the bottom was really nice like an aquarium. Ready to do some diving over on my side of the state soon, I hope.

Hi FL Chad,

Thanks for the report - just curious - did you go out on a private boat or with a charter? Seems like a lot of the dive boats here have gone out of business.

Thanks

Hi - it was my buddy's boat.....maybe because of the run you have to make to get into any good water?
