Firstly, allow me to introduce myself and Maldives Travel Online to ScubaBoard. We are a local based operator residing in the Maldives specializing in Liveaboard and Resort based holidays.

GENERAL DIVING INFORMATION
The diving is provided by Sea Explorers Dive School a PADI 5* Gold Palm Facility # 9584. We will endeavor to schedule 3-day dives per day except on the day of arrival and the day of departure. As a safety precaution, we do not recommend guests to dive 24 hours prior to flying.
During the cruise safari, one night dive will be scheduled. Additional dives may be performed in consultation with the Dive Master and Captain.
Nitrox is available to Nitrox certified divers with advance notice.
If you have your own gear we recommend you bring a thin wet suit and all the basic dive gear except for weights and tank.
Please note, diving equipment including BCD's, a full range of regulators complete with octopus, dive computers, high pressure gauges, wetsuits, surface balloons, torches etc. are available for hire if you arrive without them.
A separate dive boat equipped with compressors, tanks and weights will accompany the main cruiser throughout the 10 day safari. It will be used as the diving platform and for the storage of dive equipment.

On this 10 day cruise, we are planning to dive in the majestic waters of North Ari Atoll and South Male Atoll. Should the weather conditions not be suitable for these regions, an alternate itinery will be decided, taking into consideration the experience and wishes of our guests together with the knowledge and experience of our Captain and Dive Master.
Our diving staff are PADI certified Dive masters or Dive instructors with an excellent knowledge of the local conditions, providing you with the greatest chance of getting to the best dive sites in the most favorable conditions. If and when equipment is needed please let us know in advance so there will be no delay.
Usually, before sunset, the safari boat locates a calm lagoon to set anchor. More often than not the location is close to an uninhabited island, so guests can take for a swim, go ashore and explore the island and possibly enjoy a BBQ. Alternatively, your safari boat has the option of stopping at a resort, so you can enjoy drinks at a bar, a disco night or a cultural show.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clean and Green Pvt. Ltd. trading as Maldives Travel Online is a registered company in the Maldives. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions Clean and Green Pvt. Ltd. will be the Company and the person signing the booking form will be the customer.
SALES AND PAYMENT POLICY
Bookings should be made in advance by fax to (+960315629) or by e-mail sales@maldivestravelonline.com
A charter cannot be confirmed until both the deposit and a letter of intent have been received by the company. The letter of intent needs to clearly state the number of places to be booked and can be sent either by fax to (+960315629) or by e-mail sales@maldivestravelonline.com
A deposit of 40% of the total invoice will be required from the customer for a booking to be considered as confirmed by the company.
Full payment is required 8 weeks before the start date of the cruise (16th November 2004).If payment is not made, the customers booking may be cancelled.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfers, bank drafts or by cash.
All extras incurred during the cruise must be paid by the customer before departure.
Our company cannot hold reservations without deposits. If the balance is not received on time, we reserve the right to sell the customers allotment). We cannot guarantee any passenger to board the boat if the payment has not been received at least 15 days before departure.
