SPG crack at depth?

the spg should be fine, the connection into the spg is severely flow restricted, and the spg is sealed internally.. no gas should get to the lens side..FFMDiver:
I have cracked and/or flooded several guages but its usually on very deep dives.. the shallowest I have evr cracked one was about 400fsw
I've cracked one on the surface and used it anyway. It worked fine all day and did not leak. It did however, eventually stop working as the salt water corroded the guts and the needle wouldn't move any more.
