Reefmaster External flash problem

I just tried out the external flash for my reefmaster and it did help with the pics. HOWEVER, when I had removed the unit from the camera and folded the flex arm back over to put it in the bag, the flash head came off of the flex arm. :11: There is a bungie cord inside which kept it from falling and hitting the ground. So my question is, does the flash head fit over the first hump of the flex arm so I know how to put it back together?

I really wish I hadn't bought this reefmaster. The second use of the DC250 camera and the black push button to turn off the lcd display came off.

Sorry to hear of the problems. This is yet another in a long list of user problems that I have heard of...

Can you return the unit?

I am glad I bought an Oly and PT016 housing for my cruise next sunday. Should have done so in the first place.

I bought the oly and housing at Newegg.
