the Eel shot ( taken at the Blue Hole )is the first shot I ever had published!

note the DOF on the shot, Eel at 100ft, and the surface is sharp. love the Nikonos 15 mm

I love the Eels shot...it deserved to be published!

Totally agree with Dee.. the eel shot is fantastic!

Add my vote for the eel shot. I love the look up the wall to the divers overhead. Nicely balanced a very pleasing shot.

Thanks folks, I guess I better go find the rest of that eel shot roll . may be a while though, I have 4 huge pelican cases stuffed with images and I am now getting ready for my trip to California and beyond!

Wow Chris. Those are great! Nothing beats the Nikonos 15 for CFWA.

So very true! I actually shot that "from the Hip" just positioned the camera under the eel pointing straight up. As you know the viewfinder is of no use. I do however used to have a viewfinder on a neck strap, for composing CFWA before shooting. works great. would not have worked for Mr eel due how close it was to the wall.
