Several of us are heading to Bradenton today. Last minute plans.
Talked to Sea Trek yesterday, Viz 10+ (hey we are thrilled if Venice has ten feet), seas calm.
I was told the best diving conditions will be after 1pm so we are planning to be at the Sea Trek parking lot between 1:30-2:00.
First dive will be the Sugar Barge. The second will be decided on later.
Hope some of you can make it.

Chuck

Hope all went well today. Just heard on the news of a diver death in Bradenton today.

Actually we passed on Bradenton and went on down to Venice Beach. We called Sea Trek onour way down and they told us the diving wasn't good and that viz was down to 5 feet. Now 5 feet is good for VB so that's where we went. It was a nice dive but the silt is still covering everything.

Sorry to hear about the death of a diver. Anymore info?

When did you get to VB? I left around 12.

We arrived there around 1:30.
