A realtively good week.
No exercise, out to eat often, and remained the same.
Still mystified, but happily this time.
No gain.
No loss.
 
out of the three possibilities, Tom, staying the same ain't bad. That's what I did this week. :) Ain't no way I'm weighing in on T Giving - although I will be at the gym in the a.m........

So I am just under 1 pound per week, 34 weeks, 33 pounds. SLow and steady, although a little too slow for my taste lately.....

Doing the weigh-in before the food-in. Down 1.6 from last week. Woohoo! Actually, I've mostly recovered from "the crash" and have gotten back into more consistant workouts again. 3.5 miles of hilly, wet and muddy running with my little brother this morning, so the metabolic furnace is warmed up and ready to go! :) Have a great day everyone.

Tom, you've been doing well for a couple of weeks, so even though you missed some exercise this week, your body has already started to adapt to burning more calories. You're becoming an efficient nutrient burning machine, so take that hotrodded engine out for a spin this weekend :)

Chris, you've either lost or at least not gained in the past 5 weeks, that's progress. Plus, you might be hitting a gain muscle/lose fat plateau... I know, I said the "P" word :)

:jump: Down 2 lbs!!!! Yippy Skippy! :dance: I have been weighing my food on food scales ,and writting every thing down.And with today being Thanksgiving day, I plan on being verycareful. Happy holiday to all. Turtle Gal
 
When was I weighing in? I got out of the habit of weighing in and got in to some pretty bad eating habits. Does anyone remember what day I was weighing in? I'm thinking it was Thursday because I weigh in on Tuesdays at work. I'm not sure what I weigh now but am probably up 6-8 lbs from when I left for Cozumel last May. I'll weigh in this coming Thursday and let you all know how I'm doing. We're planning on going to Coz again in May so I've got some time to lose. I'd like to weigh 190-195 before then. I figure I weigh somewhere around 210-212 now. See you all Thursday, Greg
