Great shot and timing.
I am always amazed at the ferociousness of the Spotted Eagle Rays as they search for food. They are like pit bulls on the reef. I saw one bite a piece off an Auger Shell.
 
Somebody here suggested shooting till your finger bleeds and that is how I got this shot. I must have taken +40 pictures of the guy so you do get lucky.

Anyone else enter anything like this? I know everyone thinks Scuba Diving magazine is lame, but anyone submitting photos?? So many of you have these incredible shots, why not?
