Visting the Keys from Canada

I will be visiting the Keys next week and hope to get in some diving. Have visited the Keys before and would like to dive the Speigel Grove and the Duane. Will be staying in both Key Largo and Key West and would like suggestions for Dive Operators. Most of my diving is in the Great Lakes. Also looking for divebuddies if anyone is interested. I am Rescue and Nitrox certified with a little over 200 dives, mostly in cool to cold water.
