just got 15 logs on my new mosquito, but found it was badly scatched on the watch surface even when the screen protector was on all the while. any suggestion? can i ask for a replacement?

The scratches are probably due to salt crystals forming between the protector and the screen. A good rinse with fresh after every dive should solve the problem.

You may want to try Novus Plastic polish if the scratch isn't too deep.

But i thought the surface is glass? can i use the plastic polish? will it affect the function of the computer?

I use the Novus polish to dress out laptop computer touch screens where the bozos scratch them up with ballpoint pens, it's good stuff.
