I will be diving Blue springs tomorrow with a friend from work, we plan to be on site by 1000hrs and in the water by 1030. If your bored come join us.

It was a enjoyable dive today. Water was 70deg F seemed down a little. A school of Tarpon swam by a few times, and Manatees were all over I counted 9 there were even some allagator gars hanging out. The rangers told us they were near the sink and a lot of them down stream. An officer from the DEP "enviormental protection" spoke with us before we got under water making sure we understood to leave the manatee alone etc etc. On the way to the spring we had to change course a few times due to manatee moving or coming to check us out but it was still a nice dive made it to 75ft today in the spring with the availble light. I also spoted a small lead ball, looked like it may be an old round ball from a muzzle loader, It was not a sinker, was there conflict near there in the early days of the nation? or It may be from an old hunter from years gone by.
