David, Let me see if I can explain it to the best of my knowledge. Anyone who knows it better than I, please correct me as needed. Basically we weigh in each week, either Tuesday or Thursday. Pick either day and weigh in on that day each week. We also help motivate each other by sharing our fitness goals, fitness programs, answering each others questions, almost like a support group. It kind of helps you to be more accountable with exercising and eating right because you know you have to go and weigh in each week. Its fun to watch your own progress as well as the progress of others. Thats the way I understand it, feel free to come join us. Take Care, Greg
