Quarrior December 24th, 2004, 02:01 PM Hi, I would suggest Rescue Diver training, a lot more diving something in the area of another 60 or 70, then Advanced Nitrox and Deco Procedures. More diving while practicing those skills, maybe 60 or so, then Technical Wreck training. BTW, do you dive technical gear configuration? What I mean is, BP/W? Doubles? etc. If not, I would suggest you start diving that kind of gear and get used to it long before you take any technical diving classes. That way you can spend your time learning the skills and not your own gear. My .02 worth. Jim Baldwin December 24th, 2004, 05:43 PM Ditto what Quarrior said. Most if not all technical dive trainers will require a minimum of 100 logged dives with so many below 100 feet as well as some with Nitrox. Also you will need a Rescue class and a Deep Diving certification. Take the classes absorb the training and get really good with your gear. If you are serious about deep and tech diving start looking around at gear and slowly acquire the things you need like BP/W, doubles, drysuit, two good high performance regs, stage and deco bottles with regulators, lift bag, reel. Tech diving is not just a mindset but a tremendous investment. Make sure this is what you want to do but in the meantime do more diving with what you have and dive within your training. Jim
