Hi-

we will be heading out to Panglao in February. Any recommendations for a dive center?

We will be staying close to the Toursit Center on Alona beach and Seaquest Divers seems close....

We are looking for a smaller operation, RIB/speedboat rather than bancas and (pref. free) Nitrox.

Any help is appreciated!
