Panama?

Just wondering if anyone out there in scubaboardland has ever gone diving in Panama. I've read some good reviews of Coiba & Bocas del Toro- can anyone confirm?
5 1/2 hour direct flight on Copa Air (JFK-> Panama), which is less time than the trip to Cozumel (LGA--> DFW-->CZM).

Time to google "Santa Catalina" & Panama...
I think last month's copy of Scuba Diving magazine had an article on Panama.
