I will be on mainland Honduras for 2-3 weeks in June, 2005 studying Spanish and will head to Utila to dive (I have my OW but little experience) the last week in June. I'm thinking of continuing with a week of Spanish there (Central American Spanish School). Should I arrange to have Spanish in the afternoon so I can dive in the morning? Would love to hear from anyone with experience combining diving with Spanish classes, as well as any other pearls of wisdom you're willing to throw my way.

Happy trails...

Hi

We get a lot of people that do Spanish classes and dive, my suggestion would be dive in the morning, as that is when the boats go to the north side and when you have a chance of seeing Whale Sharks and do Spanish lessons in the afternoon.
