this is a mile post for me. At 215 it means I've shed 40 lbs. so far. I'm really amazed, I never thought I'd see that on a scale again, unless it was in passing to a higher mark. Stay focused and hang in there, every gram counts! Roger
 
+1 but I'm working on it. I rode my bike Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. I plan on another ride today, or a swim.
I can tell I've lost inches but, gained the pound.

Down 1 lb, Still too many late nights eating, I have felt like I needed some one to kick me in my BUM, So I have found a hobby that I enjoy, Salsa Dancing lessons.I find myself practicing around the house during the day,I can get a great workout while 1 Latin song plays in the cd player,We will see what happens on the scales next week.Good luck all turtle gal
