I see on the cressi-sub website www.cressi-sub.it that they have launched an Archimede 2 (Which is similar to the Tusa IQ 700, Apeks Quantum etc)

The interesting thing about this launch is that they have launched an interface for the dive computer as well. USB interface, with a convenient clamp, as well as updated software. Looks like quite a handy thing to have.

Hmmm . . . the interface looks like what's already being marketed for such Seiko two gas dive computers (except Dive Rite, who do not advertise an interface for the NiTek Duo yet). I'll bet the same interface hardware for the Archimedes one gas computer works for the two gas Archimedes.

Now, will Cressi undercut Dive Rite, Tusa, and Apeks on pricing is the real question us bargain-hungry divers want to know?

How do the cohran (emc 16) and the cressie (2) compare??
