wanted to know what you guys think about the Poseidon Cykon 300.
looking for a new reg this year.

i do 100% of my diving up here :)
Im going to get my AOW and my deep diving cert this year (spring)
and want a very good reg...

i have my Maries abyss and i love it .. but i would like
another good reg..


so im looking for feed back on the Poseidon Cykon 300

They "rocked" in the mid 1970s. Not sure how they compare to the better regs these days. I hear that some Poseidons use "poseidon only" stuff and some are supposedly not easy to work on correctly. Bob3 will likely chime in.
 
i've used them for years and they perform like champs. I've never had any complaints, and i would recommend them to anyone, but i think the real question should be if you can service them where you live?
 
is CYKLON with an 'L'...

I ditched mine after 15 years because of the high price of parts and the difficulty of finding qualified technicians that could work on it.

I liked the reg, but I like my Apeks better.
