Anyone recognize "Jet Master" fins?
They look identical to today's (and the past's) Jet fins, with a "Jet Master" logo where you'd expect it. I got them, must have been, in the 1960s for casual snorkeling. Then used them in the 1980s when I took up scuba, before my 13-year break. They were never that comfortable for me, as I remember -- caused ankle aches. So when I took up diving again last year, I got some Mares Avanti X3's... much more comfortable... though I need to learn to frog-kick, and I wonder how efficient they'll be at that.
My newly-certified 14-year-old son inherited the old Jet Masters -- he's got a bigger foot than I do. (The Jet Masters only came in one size. Maybe they were just too big for me, even with booties.) New straps, of course; but they seem to be working fine for him.
