I weighed in at the same no gains, no losses. Which considering I am 2 1/2 weeks post surgery is not bad. I for the first week and half did not monitor my eating and I ate some things that were high fat and calorie. But, I started back Monday on plan and I have started a rebuilding of my walking, I have walked twice this week one mile each time. I am not trying to over do things cause I don't want to injure the neck muscles, ligaments and tendons that are healing. I can feel the soreness in the parrellel area on the sides that run from my collar bone to my chin. I know that is part of the healing going on.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

Holding steady around 235#, trying to drop a few as and when i can.

I've been riding my bike everyday 3 1/2 to 4 miles. I'm up four pounds. I have lost one pant size. Crazy!

I didn't get a chance to post last week, but I'm down 2.8 pounds from 2 weeks ago. A pound and a half away from breaking 320!!

This week marked my one year anniversary of eating mindfully and working out consistently. I've lost about 57 pounds and lots of inches in the past 12 months. If I can do this, anyone can. Keep it going everyone!
