Down 3 pounds for me this week. That's right, I broke 320!! 319 pounds as of this morning. I had a great (but challenging) bike ride last night and I can't imagine how much of a cycling stud I will be when I get back to 250-ish :)

El Orans, have you looked into fitday.com? It's a free, online calorie manager. I've been using it to track everything I eat and all of my workouts so that I maintain a 500-1000 kcal deficit each day (amount to 1 to 2 pounds of fat loss per week - theoretically). Plus, when I log everything, it helps keep me REALLY honest about my snacking.

I've lost two more lbs since posting last, now 33 lb loss for me since Sept. Slow and steady has been fairly painless for me, and I have gotten into the exercise routine again in the last few weeks. Starting to crave going on my walks now, so it's working.

I didn't WI in this week. But, I've been working out like a Mad Woman. I promise to WI this Thursday.
 
I've found the key to my bicycle! No more car rides across town.
First test tonight (but it's raining... :11:)
