Look at Force Fins.. Some divers love them, some hate them, so hopefully you can find a pair to try out before you buy.
All fins are easy to pack--they're long and flat, and fit nicely on the bottom or at either side of a bag.
For light--any fin made of plastic rather than rubber. The Cressi Rondines are a very good fin made of lightweight plastic, and still have good power and comfort.

i guess it kinda depends on your suitcase doesn't it???
