Anyone know of a well laid out webite explaining the basics of DIR and its philosiphies.

I started looking for a website too, then found Jarrod Jablonski's "Doing it Right; the Fundamentals of Better Diving" (Title may not be exact, but you get the picture). Read it, you won't really need a website.
